Privacy Policy

To provide our customers with the finest quality and client experience, we have implemented a reasonable cancellation and refund policy.

All payments will be processed using Ramsiya Tech standard payment options. There is no provision for a full or partial refund because we at Ramsiya Tech digital marketing maintain frequent interactions with our clients and carry out the entire operation with their agreement. We highlight that the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Every project begins with a thorough discovery/analysis and the preparation of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that both parties have a comprehensive grasp of the work necessary, thereby reducing the possibility of project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts.

An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed because it is processed immediately. Personal preferences that have changed over time cannot be utilized to seek a refund or chargeback. To minimize unnecessary complications and technological concerns, the company will not provide the content on any other medium, such as a CD, pen drive, or portable devices.

A payment for work already completed is not possible due to the time required to achieve each milestone and complete each module.

If a project is mutually discontinued, the customer retains ownership of all accomplished work, and all payments for future development are null and void. No prior payment or deposit would be repaid.

Once the customer approves the mock-up drawings and we begin the development portion of the project, no payments will be reimbursed.

Projects in the middle of a milestone phase are not eligible for partial reimbursements.

Our marketing staff has offered services on particular occasions, and no cancellations are accepted. These are limited-time deals that cannot be withdrawn.

SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable; however, the client may cancel with a 30-day notice.

We do not issue refunds on deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or are dormant for more than 30 days.
